- Damage or Stones Removed: : In case of any damage or if stones are
removed, we will provide you with the best economical solution. You will only need to
pay for the cost of the stones.
- Claim Process:
- Capture Photo: Take a photo of the damaged item.
- Email Us: Email the photo, your order number, and a description of
the issue to cs@prishnaa.com.
- Shipping: Self-ship the product to our registered address. You will
be responsible for the shipping cost to us, as well as the cost to ship the product
back to you after the service.
- Exclusions from Warranty:
- Damage or breakage due to excessive wear and tear.
- Third-party resizing or alterations.
- Loss of crystals or stones on the jewelry.

Prishnaa provides a lifetime warranty for the plating of all our Gold Vermeil jewelry pieces.
Here are the details:
- Replating Service: We will replate your Gold Vermeil jewelry to restore
its original luster.
- Claim Process:
- Capture Photo: Take a photo of the tarnished item.
- Email Us: Email the photo, your order number, and a description of
the issue to cs@prishnaa.com.
- Shipping: Self-ship the product to our registered address and share
the courier details with the AWB number. You will be responsible for the shipping
cost to us. We will replate the item and ship it back to your address at your
expense.
- Damage Handling: If the item is damaged, we will provide store
credit as per our buy-back policy. Please refer to our lifetime buy-back policy for

- Exclusions from Warranty:
